What does the warranty cover?
Every eligible vehicle includes a 1-Year Limited Powertrain Warranty at no additional cost. It covers major mechanical components and is designed to protect against qualifying mechanical failures resulting from normal use.
What isn’t covered?
Routine maintenance items and components subject to normal wear and tear are not covered — including, but not limited to, brakes, tires, belts, hoses, filters, batteries, and cosmetic items.
Can I extend the warranty?
Yes, at the time of purchase. A 2-Year Limited Warranty is available for an additional $425, or a 3-Year Limited Warranty for an additional $800. Extended coverage is subject to the same terms, conditions, and component eligibility as the standard warranty.
How does the return policy work?
We offer a 30-Day / 500-Mile Return Policy, whichever occurs first. If, within the applicable period, you experience a legitimate issue or determine the vehicle does not meet the condition as represented, you may request to return it for review.
What are the return conditions?
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval to confirm the reason is valid under the policy. Customers are responsible for the cost of return transportation, and the vehicle must be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered, excluding normal mileage accumulated during the return period.
